* Set the scene:Ba and Nga are friends and , Nga is introducing about Hoa. Hoa and Nam are in the same class.

II/WHILE READING
- T asks Ss to look at the picture on page 10 and listen to the dialogue beteen Ba , Nga and Hoa
- T reads and Ss listen.
- Ss read the dialogue silently.
- Ss answer the questions on page 11.

b) She is in class 7A.
c) Nam is also in class 7A
* Lead in : Hong Ha is Hoa’s new school and the smallest is her old one. Now you read the passage and answer the questions.
* Comprehension questions.
- T reads the passage one time, Ss listen and then ss read silently.

- T calls two Ss to go to the board and read the text again.
- T comments and gives marks.
I/ PRE LISTENING
* Pre-questions.

- T expalins the differences about the greetings.
- T opens the tape, Ss listen to the tape.
- T asks Ss to close the books.
